Chiropractic

Our mission: restore the connection between brain and body — specifically, intentionally, relentlessly — so the body can heal the way it was designed to.

Welcome to RCC

Healing doesn't happen to you.
It happens through you.

Your body already knows how to heal — it's been doing it since before you could walk. Our job isn't to fix you. It's to remove what's interfering with the connection between your brain and body, so the healing already built into you has a clear path to happen.

Relentless Connection Chiropractic exists on a simple belief: your body already knows how to heal. It was built for connection — brain to body, cell to cell — and when that connection is clear, health is what happens next, on its own terms, in its own time. We don't create the healing. We clear the interference and get out of the way, so the body can do what it was always capable of.

"That's not treatment. That's relentless connection."

Our Approach

The first bone tells the whole story.

At the top of your spine sits the atlas — the single vertebra that holds your entire head, and everything connected to it, in balance. It's the only bone in your body shaped like a ring instead of a block. When it shifts, the connection between your brain and body is disrupted before anything else notices.

We find that misalignment first. Using specific, low-force corrections with techniques such as toggle recoil, sustained contact, and Orthospinology instrumentation, we restore connection by removing upper cervical (occiput, C1, C2) subluxations before any full-spine work begins.

The RCC way is recognizing that the body's expression of health varies from day to day — sometimes it shows up as pain and inflammation, sometimes it doesn't show up at all. Being clear and connected means being able to see subluxation for what it is, whether or not the body is announcing it. It's specific, intentional correction of vertebral subluxation, at the exact point where connection starts.

01 — Atlas & Axis

The upper cervical correction comes first, always. This is where the connection between brain and body begins.

02 — Assess & Confirm

We re-check for subluxation before ever introducing broader spinal care.

03 — Full Spine, If Needed

Only once the foundation is corrected do we widen the work — never before.

Our Story

Built by a student who refused to wait to care this much.

Relentless Connection Chiropractic is being built from the ground up by Frances Hawkins, a Doctor of Chiropractic candidate graduating in June 2027. Every decision — from the open two-table floor plan to the household membership model — has been made in advance, with intention, so that opening day in Navarre doesn't start a practice. It continues one that's already been thought through completely.

This isn't a side project. It's a relentless, years-long commitment to doing upper cervical care right, from the first patient forward.
